We use a real charcoal grill to cook some of our dishes, giving a distinctive flavour like no other. Cold starters range from Malazgirt for aubergine lovers to Kisir, a bulgur cracked wheat salad. Hot starters include Kaburga BBQ ribs, scallops with halloumi and lamb borek. The main menu, The Grill (Mangal), is extensive, from kebabs to rib eye steak and other lamb dishes. And our Lahmacun, a special Turkish pide, is baked on special cookery rocks.
